The Mindful Pro was founded by Antoinette Morales, a 25-year corporate veteran and accomplished executive with proven success in sales, operations, HR, customer relations, training, and marketing. After decades in the corporate sector, Antoinette felt disconnected and disengaged from her daily work. Burnout hit and her direction shifted towards merging her past corporate career experience with her ever-evolving passion and commitment to yoga, wellness, and holistic healing.
In 2011 she became a certified holistic life coach, and in 2015 completed her 200-hr RYT yoga instructor certification. Over time, her own personal practice uncovered her desire to combine her passion for mindfulness with her expertise in driving results and offering wellness in the workplace.
Jim Gibilterra is living proof that yoga is for everyone, and that anyone can benefit from a regular yoga practice. Jim began practicing yoga in 2011, after having a knee replaced. The non-impact, non-competitive, and non-judgmental nature of yoga helped him to lose over 150 lbs. and become a stronger, healthier, and happier person. After practicing with over 60 different teachers in many different styles at workshops and retreats in several countries and throughout the US, in 2015, Jim became a certified yoga teacher at Tribalance Yoga School. Today, Jim teaches an inspiring, life-enhancing yoga practice. He teaches that taking time to devote to yourself is the least selfish thing you can do – for yourself and the world. He welcomes any participants with physical challenges or issues. You do not need to be flexible enough or young enough, or anything enough to enjoy practicing with Jim. His open, cheerful, humorous style is endearing and welcoming, embodying the true spirit of Yoga.

Diane turned to yoga over a decade ago to better manage her daily stress. Her mat became her island she escaped to have a “mini-vacation” from her day-to-day. Over time she found she was able to focus on mental clarity that led to a significant improvement in her emotional and physical health. Wanting to learn more about how asana and prana helps improve one’s self, she sought out a 200 hour yoga teacher training course in 2017 with her intentions to deepen her own practice and help others through the science and philosophy of yoga practice. Practicing with Diane will allow you to slow down from your busy day, gain inspiration, and maintain your inner strength with or without breaking a sweat.
